Personal Training Sessions




Our personal training programming is designed to give the beginner to intermediate clients a starting place for their training.

The programming consists of fifteen 60 minute sessions with a complete breakdown of warm-up, teaching, strength/accessory, conditioning, and recovery measures.

The programming also contains coach’s notes to help you understand the intent of each training session.

The programming is well-structured in terms of intensity, volume, and progression throughout the fifteen sessions.

This programming also gives you a “template” that can be used multiple times over.
