“Total Body Training” is a 3x a week training program intended for those that only have a limited amount of time to devote to their training. This program is intended to be done at a commercial gym and you should be comfortable/competent with compound movements such as squats, presses, and deadlifts. This program is not for a beginner. Most movements are “basic” but the ones that are not connected to videos. Sessions are intended to last no longer than 60 minutes.
