Oly Programming


  • Programming that coincides with our Conjugate Template
  • Classes are designed to be 60 minutes in length
  • Perfect for athletes that are looking to improve their Olympic lifts or for athletes that simply want to take a break from CrossFit.
  • Emphasis on improving technique as well as bringing up the primary movers associated with improving the Snatch and Clean and Jerk
  • 6-weeks of programming at 2 sessions per week in a PDF



Olympic Lifting programming is geared at being done as a separate program from our Affiliate Programming. The template is the same though so your clients could attend classes on off days. The ideal split with our template is Day 1 run on Monday and Day 2 run on Thursday. This programming is highly-technique based, but there is also an emphasis on improving the primary movements that assist in our Olympic lifts.
