The premier Strength and Conditioning program for athletes are ex-athletes that are looking for drastic improvements in strength and body composition. If used with high school or college athletes, this programming is intended to be used with athletes that already have experience in the weight room (at least 3 years of experience) and know how to properly squat, pull, and press.

This is NOT a program for beginners.

This is the most complete program I’ve ever written, in which your athletes will experience gains in strength, size, and conditioning.

Who is this program for?

High school and college football players that are looking to take their game to the next level. This programming works incredibly well for athletes that have experience in the weight room and are looking to crack some plateaus, so if you’re an ex-athlete and looking to take your fitness to the next level then this program is for you.

I’ve run this exact program on myself with incredible results so you don’t necessarily have to be a football player to reap the benefits.

This program can be used for individuals and for teams.

This program does NOT utilize the Olympic Lifts with the exception of the Hang Power Clean. Your athletes that use this programming will be Box Squatting and performing many variations of the Deadlift, as well as the Bench Press.

Who this program is NOT for

Beginners that have limited experience in the weight room. Additionally, athletes that perform this programming should have at least 2 years of training experience.

If you’re using the programming without the supervision of a coach you’ll need to be very confident in the gym working on your own. Some basic requirements:

Bench Press x 1.5x BW
Deadlift: 2x BW
Squat: 1.75x BW
