On-Ramp Sessions



 Our “On-ramp” includes the essential movements of CrossFit but also includes movements that are unique to our programming such as loaded carries, unilateral work, box squats, and sumo deadlifts. This On-ramp can be run either in a group setting or one-on-one. We always prefer running On-ramp in a one-on-one setting, but if you’re running a “challenge” the 6-week/3x a week version works quite well and still includes things that are unique to our programming.
  • 5, one on one 30 Minutes Sessions or available in a 6-week, 3x a week group format
  • An efficient timeline that progresses people and prepares them for group classes
  • An effective method of converting athletes to one-on-one clients
  • How to Navigate a CrossFit class and feel comfortable
  • Teaching tool for your coaches to learn how each athlete moves and what their limitations are
