OVERVIEW

BP Custom utilizes proven methods to match your needs, goals, and equipment contraints. This programming is designed 100% for you and NOT written off of a template.

We typically program 7 sessions a week that vary in terms of intent – but this of course will be completely customized to your goals, needs, and time constraints. For some individuals, fewer training sessions per week may be optimal. This will be determined during the interview process and is subject to change.

BP Custom is intended to be used by individuals that are serious about their training, are goal oriented, and ready to level-up their training plan to match their needs.

TESTIMONIALS

The body doesn’t just keep giving by increasing training volume and intensity - there is a point of diminishing returns. This is why it is critical to understand where to draw the line between ‘enough’ and ‘too much.’ Our programming strategically aligns with the stress cycle of training. The end result being more gains and less burnout. Training smarter always beats training harder.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR US?

Someone competent with foundational movement patterns – squat, hip-hinge, lunge, push, pull, and loaded carries. You should have at least 3 years of serious training experience. This program is not for beginners.

Typically between 60-70 minutes but your plan will match your time constraints

Basic equipment – a squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells (Dumbbells can be used in their place if needed), a rower or air bike or treadmill (or the ability to perform conditioning outside if no access to either of those pieces), and bands. Specialty equipment will be included with your plan if applicable.

Prior to starting we will conduct a video interview with you. Once all of our data is gathered you’ll be starting your plan the following Monday (typically 1-week turn-around time from signing up to starting your new plan.)

You don’t need to be a competitive athlete, but you should be quite comfortable training the squat, press, deadlift on your own.

This will be determined but your availabilty and time constraints.
